Terms of Service

Read and review these terms with care prior to approving them

1. Program Description

executive to Entrepreneur (“e2E”) is a structured execution program designed to help experienced professionals build a client-generating business from their existing expertise.
E2E is not an employment service, investment product, or guarantee of financial success. It provides frameworks, tools, accountability, and guidance to support business creation and client acquisition.

2. Eligibility

The program is intended for:
  • experienced professionals or executives

  • individuals actively committed to building a business

  • participants willing to execute the full program requirements

By enrolling, the participant confirms they meet these criteria.

3. Participant Responsibilities

To be eligible for the program — and for the guarantee described in Section 7 — the participant agrees to:
  1. Complete all mandatory modules and exercises within the program

  2. Implement the offer definition process as instructed

  3. Build and execute the client acquisition system as defined in the program

  4. Participate in required check-ins, reviews, or accountability mechanisms

  5. Maintain verifiable records of execution (deliverables, activity logs, submissions, CRM records, outreach evidence, etc.)

  6. Act in good faith and make reasonable efforts to acquire clients using the program’s methods

Failure to meet these requirements voids eligibility for the guarantee.

4. No Employment or Income Guarantee

e2E does not guarantee:
  • a specific income level

  • replacement of prior corporate salary

  • business success without execution

Results depend on participant effort, execution quality, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

5. Fees & Payment

Program fees are disclosed prior to enrollment and vary depending on the level of support selected.
Fees are payable in advance, on the 1st day of the program.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, systems, and content provided within e2E remain the intellectual property of the program provider.
Participants may use materials for their own business only and may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any content without written permission.

7. Refund Guarantee

7.1 Guarantee Scope

If a participant:
  • subscribes to the full e2E program (DOMINATE)

  • completes the full e2E program

  • follows all the required steps as designed

  • takes feedbacks in the group calls and business mentoring sessions, and makes the relevant adjustments as need be

  • attends the group calls and raises the challenges he/she is facing

  • shares full visibility in the Business Mentoring session about his/her KPIs and the turnover generated

  • provides auditable proof of execution

  • and has not acquire at least one paying client within 12 months from the start of the program

then the participant is eligible for a full refund of the paid program fees.

7.2 Audit & Verification

Eligibility for the refund requires:
  • documented proof of modules completion

  • evidence of implemented acquisition systems

  • records of outreach, sales activity, and follow-up

  • participation in group calls and check-ins

The program provider will execute its audit rights before approving any refund.

The outcome of the audit will be duly documented and shared with both parties.

7.3 Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply if the participant:
  • did not subscribe to the full program (DOMINATE)

  • fails to complete the program

  • does not execute required actions

  • abandons or materially alters the prescribed system

  • refuses feedback or accountability steps

  • engages in unethical or illegal business practices

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the program provider is not liable for:
  • lost income

  • business losses

  • indirect or consequential damages

Total liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid for the program.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the program, including strategies, materials, and participant data.

10. Termination

The program provider reserves the right to remove a participant for:
  • misconduct

  • non-compliance

  • abusive or unethical behavior

Termination for cause does not entitle the participant to a refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Acceptance
